The Story

I’m 18, just out of school — and honestly, even though I’m still figuring life out, I feel like I’ve already seen and felt quite a bit. Enough to start asking deeper questions.

That’s what got me interested in psychology — not because I read some textbook, but because I wanted to understand myself and the people around me better.

This website started out as just a learning project, but now it’s kind of become my space to think out loud, reflect, and share what I’m learning along the way.

What This Site Is About

You’ll find a mix of things here:

Thoughts on habits, emotions, and why we act the way we do

Simple explanations of psychology stuff that I find interesting

Personal experiences and what they’ve taught me

And sometimes just honest, raw writing about life and growth

I’m not a professional (yet), but I love asking questions, noticing patterns, and exploring the why behind human behavior.

Why I Write

To be honest, I write to figure things out.

I don’t always have the answers, but writing helps me slow down and understand what’s going on in my head. And if it helps someone else feel understood, or think a little deeper — even better.

I believe we learn best when we’re open, curious, and real. That’s what I try to be here.

If you’re someone who loves to think, reflect, or just wants to feel a little more connected to yourself and others — I think you’ll enjoy reading here.

Thanks for stopping by. Feel free to check out the blog or just scroll around.

Hear what others have to say...

Hear it from others:

Visited khushboomehta.in expecting deep psychological insights. Instead, I got a masterclass in sarcasm. Who knew Freud had a sense of humor? If you’re tired of the usual ‘it’s okay to not be okay’ and want to laugh your anxiety away, this is your spot.

Thought I’d find serious mental health advice. Found that… and a lot of witty commentary. It’s like therapy, but with punchlines. Highly recommend for anyone who believes laughter is the best medicine—after actual medicine, of course

Visited expecting to delve into the complexities of the human mind. Ended up chuckling through cleverly crafted sarcasm. It’s like attending a stand-up show that also happens to be educational. Who knew psychology could be this entertaining?
